How does the 8% commission work?
The 8% is added on top of your stallion price and paid by the breeder. For example, if your stallion fee is €1,000, the breeder pays €1,080. You receive your full €1,000. The commission covers all platform features, invoicing, payment collection, and Stripe processing fees.
Are there any setup or monthly fees for stables?
No. There are no setup costs, no monthly subscriptions, and no minimum commitments. You only pay the 8% commission when a booking comes through the platform.
Is OneTrot really free for breeders, vets, and associations?
Yes, 100% free. These accounts have full access to all features relevant to their role — order management, contracts, team collaboration, document storage, and more. No hidden costs.
What payment methods are supported?
OneTrot uses Stripe for payment processing, which supports all major credit and debit cards, SEPA direct debit, and other local payment methods depending on your region.
Can I cancel at any time?
There is nothing to cancel — there is no subscription. You can stop using the platform at any time. Your data remains accessible and you can export it.
