Delete your account and data

You can delete your OneTrot account yourself at any time, in the app or in the browser. This applies to the Android and iOS apps as well as onetrot.com.

In the app or in the browser

  1. Sign in to OneTrot.
  2. Open Settings from your profile.
  3. Choose “Delete account” and confirm with your email address.

Deletion takes effect immediately: you are signed out everywhere and can no longer sign in with the account.

If you are the only owner of a stable or organisation that has other members, transfer ownership to someone else first. Otherwise the deletion is refused.

Without access to the app

Email info@onetrot.com from your account's email address with the subject “Account deletion”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. You can request the deletion of individual data the same way without deleting the account.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone number and profile details, your sign-in data and the device identifiers used for push notifications. Your access to all stables and organisations ends.

What is kept

We keep invoices and accounting records for 10 years as required by German law (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB). Orders, covering certificates and reports belong to the stable concerned and stay there; your user account is no longer linked to you in them. See our privacy policy for details.
